    I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy on March 21 2021.21-03955 This business was included in my petition. This business continues to request payment on dismissed debt.I called last year and thought this was cleared up. They are continuing to send me bills.Bankruptcy Attorney ***************** ************.

    The patient incurred the charge in November 2019, a year and an half prior to filing for bankruptcy.

    First we heard of patient filing bankruptcy was 11/28/22 and we asked her to provide court document proof of dismissal of our claim, with us being included in bankruptcy filing.  She has not provided this to us.  Upon providing this document, we will take appropriate action of writing off claim but without this document, we cannot do so.

    I discussed this discrepancy with their billing office-TWICE

    in 2021 and advised them in **** that I was most likely  

    Filing for chapter 7 the following year.

    What we are asking is very simple and standard:

    Please provide court document proof of dismissal of our claim, with us being included in the bankruptcy filing.  We are not disputing that you filed for chapter 7, we are simply asking for proof of dismissal of our claim.
