    Please DO NOT patronize this place whether it is for a day visit, birthday party, or definitely not a membership. The owners are running it to the ground. Every visit something else closes. I signed up for a year-long membership when pretty much everything was operational and now their corporate office is not giving any discounts or allowing me to cancel the membership early due to these issues that were unforeseen when I initially signed up 4-5 months ago.What kind of trampoline park has its main attractions closed? This blows my mind and frustrates me to no end as now Im wasting hundreds of dollars over the course of this membership.About 75% of the place is not open or remotely operational and still charging nearly full price. How far gone does this have to go before they start maintaining it or charging accordingly?

    Worst customer service and group of young unprofessional employees! Management is doing horrible on ensuring their employees are even doing their jobs! This place is also filthy! Floors are sticky and dirty, no toilet paper in the restrooms, garbage all over the floors! This place is too expensive to be running at such low quality. Paid for the ultimate experience for these kids and some of things listed are not even open according to the employees (when my kids attempted to go up there). Then later I watch a kid go through that entire climbing obstacle course with no attendee on either end or watching if they were ok. I'm literally watching a few employees gathered, busy gossiping and using profanity instead of working! My kids confirmed by letting me know the attendees didn't even answer them when they asked them a question since they were busy talking and heard them use profanity as well. There seems to be no time limit in this climbing area since the worker pays absolutely no mind to what's going on. I helped a little girl unclip herself and had to get the employees attention 2x since he wasn't even looking at the climbers. My kids got sick of waiting in line after 25 mins since there is no time limit and the same 3 kids have been in there. This place is nice and would be a great place to bring kids if everything was clean and running smoothly with pleasant employees who actually did their jobs! Wish I would have bothered to read all these horrible yet very HONEST reviews because I would have NEVER brought my kids here and will be sure not to come back! Don't waste your time at this location!!
