      -Scheduling issues from day 1. Rescheduled 2-3 times me prior to even working first day on job 12/1/2023, 9:30am. At 8:30am on 12/1, rescheduled me for after 10:30am due to personal conflict. Showed up at 12pm to work. --On 12/1/2023 JTC bought materials from Menards, sent me copy of receipt, which I paid him in full via Zelle. JTC took with them the $11.98 clear caulking tube that I paid for, instead of leaving at my residence along with other materials I paid for.--When JTC arrived on 12/1 after 12pmCST for work, we reviewed the scope of work: seal the tile in shower, caulk the shower, replace sink faucet and drain, secure (2) screws for shower hook, and replace (1) outdoor GFCI outlet.--JTC claimed he could not replace sink drain, as he did not have plumber's putty. (which was not needed, later determined from other source that replaced drain)--JTC claimed he could not seal tile because he first caulked the shower, and caulking had to dry. JTC knew prior to arriving on 12/1 that tile needed to be sealed along with ******** completed.--JTC claimed he would return to complete this work on next visit. That the unfinished work was already paid for with $300.00 Zelle transaction on 12/1. --Rescheduling next visit with JTC, was rescheduled 4-5 + times. --On 1/2/2024, I messaged JTC asking when available to complete bathroom work over next 2 wks. JTC replied, "I'm free Thursday, between 9-9:30am"At 7:03am 1/4 JTC asked if I was doing any other work than the bathroom. I replied, no just bathroom.--JTC did not want to make a trip for just completing owed bathroom work that they were paid in full for. Even said if JTC goes on site, would need to charge another $250.00, and reschedule again.--I asked for a refund for work not completed, and JTC refused.
