This is a follow-up review. A few years ago, we were running out of space and compared moving to adding on a room. We had a two-story front room and wanted to add a second-story bedroom. The first builder who came out for an estimate said that it would not be possible to build it without putting a support pole in the front room. Reliable was the second builder to come out and they were able to build the second-story bedroom exactly as we had envisioned it, creating supports without putting the post in the front room. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and kept us informed of the project steps. They took the time to show my curious young son how the equipment worked. We are very happy with the result.

Reliable Home Improvement does not live up to what they promise. In fact they prove to be very unreliable.It took over a year to start the project and have been they are way behind the schedule of completion.We were mislead and duped and want to warn people to stay away from this company. Reliable Home Improvement is NOT the company you want to hire.Reliable Home Improvement & Supply, Inc.

I am sorry you feel this way. Like the rest of the world we went through the pandemic and survived despite all of the labor and material issues. Yes, it has taken us longer these past couple of years to start projects due to all the issues the pandemic created. Nonetheless, we put out a very quality product and stand behind it 100%. If there is anything you are unhappy about, please call and speak to management we would be happy to take your call.
