    I had paid for this company on 9-20-23 to come and replace a furnace I had for over 27 years. They took the wrong measurements for for my size house as my house is only ***** sf, and gave me a furnace for a 3k sf home. I have a one level home so I should have not had gotten a furnace that big. I started having issues with the furnace when I got it and reached out then on Nov 29th, 2024 the furnace really stopped working. Knowing IL weather is cold, the furnace won't heat my house and blows out cool air. I have been sleeping in the living room with a space heater. I can't shower because my house is too cold. I am 73 years old, single mom with 9 grandkids. My grandkids can't come over because house is so cold. I reached out to this company only to have spoken to a so called manager who said she is a office manager named ****. She made a smart remark telling me she will have someone come to my house only to sell me a new furnace when i paid for the one I have now which has a warranty. They won't take this too large of a furnace back and give me a furnace for my size home. I have had multiple people come over and tell me the furnace is to large for my house so when I set the heat to any number so lets say 75 the thing says 75 which I set it too but the furnace goes to like 65 etc it blows our cold air. The teach said the furnace is over working and what happens it's to big so it starts to blow cool air instead of heat. I sent them all of this proof and they still wont replace my furnace. Then when I got the furnace they lied and said I was paying "Choice Home Warranty the $620, when in reality Choice Home Warranty told me they never charged me but instead this company did and listed what they charged me for. The check was written to this company so I don't know why they lied. They are taking advantage of older people. They need to haul this too big one back and give me the size furnace I need as well as give me a refund for overpaying for something that does not work.
