      TERRIBLE! After failing to show up several times without calling they finally delivered the rebuilt spa that I bought from them. *** is a salesman and told me how meticulous his team is and assured me everything was in great working order and it had new pumps and a new heater. He delivered it and did a temporary not to code electrical hook up and was going to come back and take care of it. The hot tub looked impressive and I was happy for a day until I discovered it was leaking A LOT. *** assured me he'd be back out to take care of it. Everytime he would schedule he wouldn't call and wouldn't show up. It has been months. The "new" heater has since stopped working and he won't answer his phone or return calls. I have a pile of garbage on my patio and am out my money. My old tub that he hauled away was much better. After investigating closer the drain pipe is broke off in the one they sold me and I have no way to drain it. The audio system and half the lights don't work. THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They find a good looking tub that they are hauling away due to problems, do nothing to it, resell it, then disappear.

      Stole our money and never delivered the hot tub. Now he wont answer the phone!
