  Working with ******* was great. We have spent over 100K with Ware Landscaping between our two homes. The initial communication was a little rocky and limited, but once the project fully kicked off and their team began work, the company was very transparent and communicative. There were some delays due to weather but nothing caused by the business. We will be using them again for future drainage and landscaping projects.

  Ware Landscaping has been our go to when it comes to drainage and landscaping! We really love their attention to detail and they always are well prepared. The biggest love is hiring them
  For our lawn maintenance. We have no weeds, our grass.is green and the edging is 2nd to none. This is our first year and we are already signing up for next year! Thank you Ware!

  Ware landscaping solved my backyard flooding issue by installing a french drain and new sod. All work was completed within 4 weeks of the initial visit. It has rained heavy several times since the work was done and no flooding or water buildup anywhere. I am so relieved and very satisfied with Ware.

  Would not recommend for lack of communication and timeliness. When we first signed the contract, they told us the work would be done in about a month. After a month went by, we contacted ****, and they said it would be next week. Another week went by and the said it would be the next week, but would give us a call on Monday. They did not call when they said they did. I contacted them multiple times on the phone to inquire why they had not taken the 50% deposit and when it would come out of the bank account. They told me 3 times that the office supervisor would call me, but they never did. During those same phone calls, I advised that we no longer needed 2 bushes that were originally planned. They said that we would get a call the night before they would come to do the work, but we didn't. They said they would call ***** to mark where cables were buried in the ground to ensure that the landscapers did not interfere with buried cables. They either never called ***** or ***** never came to mark the cables. The crew eventually arrived and worked very hard. They were aware that we no longer needed 2 of the bushes. On the last day, the crew accidentally severed our the internet cable that was buried under some of the landscaping they were performing. We lost internet for 3 days. The crew supervisor worked very hard to try and repair it but was unable to. A day after the work was completed, I received a text message asking me to pay the invoice that had been sent in an email. When I looked at it, it was the original invoice, and the 2 bushes we did not end up needing were still included. I texted back and ultimately the sales person we originally worked with had to call to discuss with me. Beware of what you're getting yourself into with this company. I want to emphasize that the majority of our issues were with the office staff, and not the crew themselves. I would only recommend Ware if timeliness and communication aren't important to you.

  I contracted with Ware for snow removal service a couple years ago and have had a great experience, so wanted to finally review here. Having had several different companies provide this service over the 13 years we've been in **********, **** has been the most reliable and the least likely to damage something while doing the job. They also do a great job of making sure the walkways and driveway stay salted and dont ice up. If the crew ever started missing an area, such as by our side door, a quick email or phone call usually got it back on track for the next trip out. Would highly recommend!

  **** and ***** were very responsive to my initial request to talk about drainage challenges we were having in our yard. **** showed up on time, we talked through the challenges we were facing and **** prepared a quote while on the property. The work far exceeded my expectations. The team was great to work with and extremely happy with how everything turned out. Would definitely work with **** and his team again! Thanks - ****

  We had a French drain system put in our backyard. It was nice to rely upon their expertise and happy with the end result. The initial start of the job communication got a little crossed up, but overall satisfied with the response and result.

  I contacted **** at Ware Landscaping for help with fixing my flooded backyard and garage. **** gave me an honest assessment of my situation and recommended the right system to fix my problems (a lot of issues). Ware Landscaping installed drainage, underground downspouts, underground sump pump lines, driveway drains and surface drains in the yard to fix all my problems. The team was very professional and always asked for my approval on work being done before it was completed. They did a great job and we are very pleased!

  We've used **** for snow removal the past several years and couldn't be happier!! They show up, clean the drive, walks and stairs along with our porches. It's a big place and they get it done quick, the right way and they'll show up all hours of the night to make sure our morning commute is seamless. Gonna hat to sell the house some day!! 5 stars in our book!!

  We have had a pretty bad water problem at our home since moving in a few years ago. Our sump pump runs constantly and needed help. ***************** and his team created a plan and executed it to perfection. We ended up with regrading of our entire property and French drains around the entire house, in addition to other drains. With the first heavy rain we had no more than a slow trickle in our sump pump. Incredible work! In addition they re-sodded our entire yard and it looked great from day one. They were attentive and responsive to my requests along the way and really did an amazing job all around. I couldnt be happier and will be using them again in the future.
