I was referred to Midwest Advanced Radiology Center ( **** *******, ***********, ** ) to do *** through my health manager who manage my case. They did my *** and handed me the CD to report it to my Orthopedic. The image for the *** that I took with them is not openable. ****** T ***, MD with CFMC Outpatient Services informed me after trying hard without success to open the CD that has the images for my ***. I handed them the notice that was sent from the doctor and they refuse even to read it . Saturday, July 22 at 8: am, I had an appointment with Midwest Advanced Radiology center. I informed them that the previous *** CD is not functional. They said we can't do anything about this. They refuse to inform the supervisor about the problem as well. I informed them that I have pain and I need to redo it or give me functional CD. They did not even listen to **** told them that I will file a complaint with IDPH against MRAD Radiology center practice. I felt that was obviously accent discrimination. They treated me in very disrespectful way. The office manager was distrustful and tried to start a fight in unprofessional way.
