    On July 3, 2024, I purchased vanilla from the Usumacinta(*********************************) website for $65.90. I immediately realized that I purchased the ***** instead of the clear vanilla, so I messaged the company through the Contact Us link on the website with hopes that they could ship the clear instead of the *****. I received an email on July 4, 2024, indicating that I could return the ***** vanilla for a refund and then purchase the clear vanilla. I paid $10.60 to return the vanilla by **** on July 9, 2024 and was issued a refund of $32.95 on August 17, 2024. Since the refund was significantly less than the amount at which I purchased the vanilla, on August 17, 2024, I inquired through email as to why I didnt receive the amount of which I paid. Since I didnt receive a response, on September 22, 2024, I emailed again asking for help with the refund. Since I didnt receive a response, I sent a message through the Contact Us link on the webpage. On September 30, 2024, I received an email indicating that they would look into it. October 28, 2024, I sent another inquiry. I havent received a response.
