Worst experience! Called to get a quote and was told I could get a free in home estimate or virtual estimate. When I told them I was not going to give them mine cell number for a virtual visit I was told I could not have the in person option. I told their rep ******************* I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and there was no one else for me to speak with, If I cant get someone to be courteous to me before the move, what kind of nightmare will it be during the move,

Thank you for sharing the experience you encountered with setting up a free Virtual or In-Home estimate. We apologize for the fact that our pre-survey information required to do an estimate has led to dissatisfaction and your observations are appreciated. However, please understand that a survey cant be performed without all the required contact information including the critical information such as your phone number. The technology needed to do a Virtual requires us to contact you via your phone so that it can be used to perform the virtual video of your merchandise. Likewise, a phone number is needed to set up for an In-home survey. In the transportation industry, you cant book a flight or reserve a hotel room without that critical information. The moving industry is no different. Again, we thank you for taking a few moments of your time to express the inconvenience
