    My ex wife went into Advantage Acura in Naperville to look at a 2019 Acura RDX. On their website it is advertised a Certified vehicle. It was advertised at $27495 I believe. She asked if they could come down some they said $500. That is fine because the price was good for a advertised Certified RDX. But when they presented her the numbers they said they had to ad $2695 for the certification. Very deceptive advertising. It is now as of today advertised for $29,041 . Funny it went up after my ex wife visited and complained. The I have been in the automobile business for 30 years and this has always been an issue for me. I know you have to read the fine print but that is not the biggest concern. The sales person helping her is Le *************************. The next day she receives an email from Le *** saying and I quote "*****, if anything changes in the future let us know. Remember everything your ex is saying may not be totally correct. That is the reason he is your ex. I wish you the best in your car hunting. Have a great day." This is about as unprofessional a salesperson can get. If this is the way the dealership allows their sales people to talk to customers, it just tells me it is not the right dealership to purchase from. When is it ok to get personal like that with customers. I have been a manager for over 20 years and any of my sales people sent that email to a customer, they would not work for me or our company ever again. Unacceptable and unprofessional. She bought an RDX from me and she is happy.

    Worst place I have ever done business with. Literally go anywhere else but here. My 2017 Acura ILX had a sensor issue in 2019/2020. I literally took the car in for service. I turned the car on, got on the highway stopped for gas, when I turned the car back on it had the airbag service light on. I left a voice mail. That minute. I got a call saying that their services did not touch anywhere near the airbags but, they would be glad to take a look at it for $150.00. I took it a mechanic. They looked at the car told me the car has less then 50K miles that that ACURA should cover these. I told them no they wanted to charge me $150 to just look at it. This place charged me $50.00 to look plus gave me back the $50.00 since I had them fix it. After this, I am never buying ACURA every again. I am sticking with my family tradition and staying with ************* Never had issues with them. This is the worst place in the world!

    The manager here is AWFUL!!! I cannot recommend going literally ANYWHERE ELSE. They will do anything to get the sale, and then afterwards they change terms, or tell you they dont even have the car. The manager is called Noble, but hes the least noble person Ive ever seen. Weve been tricked by them 3 times now. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
