    Dirty dealership.Can't trust sales team.They sold a Kia ******** by Mo. Wouldn't show me the true price. I went to *********** and put in my car's VIN. They charged me for a ******** with leather, heated electric seats, moon roof, total upgrades, 8K higher than the cloth seats I needed for 3 dogs.**** in maintenance made me pay for a tire. He gets ***** when on his steroids. And mean. Just to get his way...sort of threatening. What a joke. An employee drove the car before me and had gotten a nail in a tire. Totally unethically. It's documented in the car maintenance. Crooked.The kicker? They opened TWO loans on that ONE car!! One with "their preferred ********** AND one through their own financing! Soooo illegal. Soooo fraudulent. Sooo under handed. JERKS.All I wanted was a White KIA ********.For some reason they just couldn't be nice nor fair.And they fooled me into extras on some oil changes and maintenance; but I don't even trust them for free car washes.Sad. My car is long paid off and now they offer pennies to buy it back.They aren't even smart enough to BACK ****** maybe this post will let them know ...They have BIG PROBLEMS. MY EXPERIENCE IS REAL - AND NEVER WILL I BE BACK!!!

    ********,I have reviewed your 2020 vehicle purchase, which occurred during the widespread vehicle shortage. I understand that finding a vehicle at that time was particularly challenging due to supply chain issues. Upon review, I confirmed that the vehicle you purchased had an MSRP of $29,660, and you paid that exact amount. Additional items were included in your transaction, which affected the total amount financed. However, when you returned to us a month later, we processed a total refund of $3,689 for items you chose to remove from the transaction.Regarding the tire issue, our records indicate that the vehicle, a demo unit, had a tire replaced on February 28, 2020, due to a nailprior to your purchase. The tire you replaced on November 20, 2020, after driving ***** miles over six months of ownership, was not the same tire that had been replaced earlier.If you would like to further review your transaction, I would be happy to pull your deal file to ensure clarity on all aspects of the purchase. I can confirm that there was no overcharge of $8,000 on any part of the transaction.     Scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change. At check in, I was greeted with the strangest protocol. It wasn't your normal "how can we help you today". Within seconds, the check in conversation turned into, "I see you haven't performed a tire rotation in a while, nor have you changed your cabin filters. Because you haven't done so, you're at risk of voiding your vehicles warranty". There was a lot more of unnecessary editorialization. Felt more like I was being chastised. Strongarmed or else leave demeanor by the service manager ************************* at this dealership, whose attitude and ability to listen and diffuse was less than stellar. What ************************* demonstrated best is his inability to listen or care. Note to self ****...your 10 year tenure that you vehemently wanted me to know, means absolutely nothing when you treat your customers as you treated me.

    ****, we took the time to review your experience with us. We are always looking for an opportunity to make our customer experience better. More often that not we are able to see that there was a breakdown in either our stores response or the teams communication with a customer. Upon watching and listening to the interaction between you and our Advisor, we were not trying to "sell" you anything; rather stating the requirements of Factory Recommended Maintenance that is required by any Manufacturer to keep the Factory Warranty in effect! This would also apply to an Extended Warranty. If these items are not completed, it would lead to voiding of the Warranty! Upon listening to interaction with both the Advisor and Service Manager, we can say that employees handled the situation properly and professionally! While we are in the service business, no employee should be subject to being berated by a customer with numerous insults and filthy language, which happened numerous times in your interaction. While we appreciate all of our customers business, this type of interaction is completely unacceptable!

    They have E price for the vehicles I had on their website put my info and all for a teluride. But they wanted a markup, it is a deceptive practice it should have been mentioned on their website.

    The General Manager contacted the customer on 3/15, and we are selling the customer the Telluride for the **** of the vehicle! The customer is bringing in his trade in for us to evaluate on Friday, and hopefully putting a deal together with him. The customer seemed pleased after the phone conversation!

    I had an amazing experience at Gerald **** In this market it is hard to get a vehicle at MSRP and they sold me a vehicle for MSRP anyway. Everyone was kind to me as a woman purchasing a car. A lot of places still treat women like they cant buy a car by themselves. They lowered my interest even more than they already had negotiated when they found out I was a college grad. They also were transparent about fees, though that protection package is 999 dollars and I fail to see the value. I would like to see this become optional. ******************** and ****** were all very helpful in making the experience positive and straightforward.

    I should have consulted this before coming to this dealership. The salesman was nice and upfront about the additional 999 package. However, after explaining my budget and two days of looking at cars, the car we had settled on was now about 10 grand higher than their advertised price because there was a "typo". It was rather disappointing and I had brought my family with me so that we could drive it home together. I find it hard to believe this "typo" was something new as someone was looking at this car the first time we visited the dealership the day prior. After marking up the price online by about half the listed price we walked up and left. I can't get over the unprofessional, disappointing, and seemingly deceitful business practices by their management team and ************* at large.

    We apologize to *********** about his experience. This vehicle in question was actually at another dealership, and the salesperson was unaware of the pricing mistake made by the other dealership. We didn't mean to waste *************** time at all. The ** of the dealership reached out to ***********, and offered for him to go to the other dealership to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price, but *********** had already purchased another car. The ** gave *********** his number so that he could help the ****'s out personally in the future. Again, we apologize!!
