    We just bought our sixth Subaru from Gerald and for good reason. First, Subarus are in my opinion the best car out there. Consumer Reports got it right. Everyone at Gerald has been fair and professional. ****, ***** and ***** are our trusted advisors in all things Subaru. They build each customer relationship on honesty and expertise. Gerald's philanthropy in the community is expiring. They support organizations such as Little Friends, ***********, **************************** and others with commitments in the tens of thousands of dollars. It inspires me to vote with my wallet.

    The facility is nice and modern style. I bought a New Subaru Ascent last August *******. My salesman name ******* ****** was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experienced to Mr ******* ***** a business manager. I bought an extended warranty, I told him that I will pay separate for the extended warranty. When my wife and I went home, I reviewed the loan contract he included the extended warranty in my loan and put my payment to extra down payment. Because of Mr. ***** mistake or in bad faith doing now I need to pay interest of the extended warranty for ********, which is supposed to be a separate transaction. Mr. ***** was rude to me. I even asked him if he can call his GM. He went out of his call my salesman. I almost not to get the Ascent that night because of Mr. ***** rudeness to me.

    We apologize to the customer for the communication. This should have been a transaction aside from the car deal. The total interest that will be paid over the term of the loan on the cost of the Service Contract is $102.24. We have cut a check to the customer today, and mailed to their home. We apologize again, and appreciate their business!
