    sold us a LEMON! had my truck for 7 months had an warranty on it. The engine went out they said it wasn't covered and I need 13K for a new Engine. I still owe 13K on the truck! now I'm out a vehicle and still owe a car note.

    Bought a very expensive truck from them. They added a paint protection to the truck for $2,995, theft protection for $599 and a wheel,tire and windshield protection plan for **** to the bill of sale without asking me if I would like these optional warranties. The total was $5,189. I am a retired veteran that is elderly and I feel they took advantage of me trusting them, even though I purchased an expensive truck and traded in an almost brand new vehicle with low miles that they will make 8 to 9 thousand dollars above what the gave me for my trade in. I noticed this about a week after I purchased the truck and after visiting my sales person about this the finance mama get told me they would refund me $2400 however they did not give me any paperwork or confirmation that they will actually refund me. I have yet to receive any paperwork or refund from anyone at woodys and its been 2 weeks.

    This is in regards to the service department. I have an extended service agreement but was unaware I needed to mention that prior to work being done on my vehicle and certainly no one told me about that. Ultimately, work that could have been covered simply wasn't becuase I mentioned the service agreement when I was going to pay, which seemed like the most appropriate time to me, rather than when quickly dropping the vehicle off. However it is not all about the money, the way that the managers spoke to me was very rude and condescending with little to no explanation besides they just can't do it, this left me very unimpressed. On top of that I was lied to about work that had been done, I specifically brought my vehicle in becuase my coolant was low. I was told the level is fine and there were no leaks, so I checked again when I got home and the level was clearly low. I called to get an explanation and was told they must have topped it off while it was still hot (odd for professional car technicians to do) and misjudged the amount to put in. This explanation, to me, is a lie - there was no mention of topping it off in my report just that the level was fine. They also upsold me on cleaning carbon build up out of my engine, and now I am left wondering if this work was performed correctly or at all...Do not bring your vehicle to Woody, if they are not *****, then they are simply not very good at vehice maintenance.

    In over 45 years of car buying, this was one of my best experiences. Woody's had published prices on their website and GMC.com which showed their competitive discount and title/tag fees. In contrast, many other dealers are still playing games with market adjustments, mandatory add-ons, etc. ***********, ********************* has over 30 years of experience, so had excellent product knowledge, but also on the process for an out of state title/license. The combination was compelling enough that I flew in from ******* to buy from Woody's and drove back. They had the car detailed with a full tank when I arrived from the airport. We did a test drive, completed the paperwork and **** walked me through the features all in about 2 hours total. I will be recommending Woody's to all my family and friends who are in the market for a new GM vehicle!

    If you recently bought a vehicle from this dealership, do yourself a favor and read your purchase contract in detail if you haven't done so already. If I could give a 0 star rating to this business then I would. About a month ago I purchased a brand new Sierra ****** from Woody Buick-GMC. I was very happy about my purchase at the time. Fast forward to a few days ago, I was contacted by a refinance company. My refinance company and I went over the purchase contract for my ******, and we discovered approximately $10K worth of services and products that were sold to me without my knowledge. I was beyond upset and disappointed! I will never go back there to purchase another vehicle nor would I recommend anyone else for the same!
