    Had an annual routine eye exam done at the location on 2/15/24. Per my insurance, Cigna, I am entitled to $300 routine eye exam per year. My insurance paid this amount to Rosin eye care. However, months later, I started receiving a bill of $300 from Rosin eyecare for my routine eye exam. Prior to calling Rosin eyecare, I called my insurance and they confirmed a payment of this amount to Rosin eyecare. When they looked further, they found out Rosin eyecare billed me twice ($300 x 2) for the same service!!. I then called Rosin eye care, they apologized and told me it was a mistake and they fixed it!Later in September however, I received the same bill now dated 8/14/2024 asking for $300. I called Rosin eyecare again, spoke with a ***** on 9/3/24 around 2:30pm. She apologized once again for the mistake and told me that this time it's finally taken care of, and I owe them $0.00. Lo and behold, I just got another statement yesterday, 11/14/24 (for the same $300) and this statement is dated 11/1/2024. This is the third time that I am being asked to pay what I do NOT owe. To me, this is harassment, and it doesn't look like anyone is taking the initiative to correct this error.Please help me!Sincerely,Jolade S.
