    The day before our project was to begin we received a text saying theyd be out so we prepared our deck and cleared all furniture off of it. 12hrs later at 7:30pm the night before our project we received a text canceling our project. I understand they had a painter quit. However they offered no solution and even admitted that now all painters are booked. So now we have no way to get our project done. We never received a phone call even after I called asking for a call from a manager. They clearly do not care about their customers as I would think any business that had to cancel a project on short notice would at least have the decency to call the customer. I hope this is a learning experience in customer service for this company.
