    They resurfaced our old driveway but didn't get the permit required and caused us to be fined. The driveway failed inspection epically and has to be torn out and redone. The company had originally apologized and said they would make it right and have since cut contact and presumed to have blocked our numbers. We had them also doing our rear deck (sanding and sealing) but they sanded it and then left the job site incomplete after receiving payment (our mistake for being trusting). we spent $2500 on driveway and $1450 for deck.

    Came to doorstop saying they have extra pavement, looked at the whole driveway, assured us 5 year warranty with sealant. Quoted and signed contract for $2300. Would come by Monday to do the project. Monday they arrive and say they don't have enough asphault to cover the whole driveway and could only do half for a discounted price of $1800. Said they would have more asphault in a month to finish the driveway. Did half the driveway and paid $1800. Was promised they would dig up any of the old cracks and damages from previous asphualt. They did not do that, instead they poured the asphault on top. "D" also goes by the name of **** said he would come out the next day to finish the driveway. Never did, I called and said that they would come the following week. Nobody called and I always called everyday the following week. Talked to ****** and ***** and they said they would come out mid week to late week to finish the project. Come mid week they said they had to come the next following week - this is what ***** said. Called the following week and talked to "D" who said they came with a price to do $750 for the remainder of the driveway and would be there Wednesday at 1pm CST. Come tuesday, there was no confirmation call so I called and confirmed, **** said that they would be out here Wednesday evening between 5-7pm.Come Wednesday, 8/14/2024 at 530pm CST, "****" picked up the phone and said we can't do it and essentially did not want to work with us.Not only were we promised week after week they would come, a signed contract for $2300 was not offered or even negotiated after the fact it was promised.
