      Our Names are ***** and *******************************, of ******************************************************************************On September 20th, 2022, we signed a contract with **** Power and *********** (DBA) ******* ************ (License# *********** for the installation of a ***** (KW) Including 2 whole house Franklin ********* 10 (KW) of continuous power and **** (KW) peak, at a total cost for this system, is $80,000.00. This project is being financed through Mosaic.On signing this contract, we were told that our installation would be completed within two months.The Solar Panels that were installed were not properly aligned nor evenly installed on the roof, no power converter installed, and the Franklin ********* have not been delivered nor installed, with no connection to the house's electrical panel. There has been no county inspection, nor Certificate of Completion (C.C.), by the county. Therefore, less than 30% of the job has been done, since the panels will need to be reinstalled. At this time, we are unable to get in contact with ******* ************ as they have refused to take our calls, never replied to our emails, and never responded to our messages.However, Mosaic paid **** Power and *********** (******* ************ in full on our behalf, without verification from us that the project was completed, and at this time has commenced pulling monthly installment payments from our checking account.We have tried numerous times to speak to a member of management at MOSAIC but were told no manager was available. We have made a request to have a manager call us back. We would only receive an email from MOSAIC saying, ****** assisted with the financing for your home improvement project; we are not in a position to solve technical, servicing, performance, or installation issues. Please help us.

      On 4/24/2022, I signed an installation agreement with *************** for a 4 KW PV System with a 9kWh battery. We were approved for a loan for $37,500 through *********** They came out and installed the equipment quickly. Our initial inspection was set up for July and they did not follow through. ****** started taking loan payment in July of 2022 even after we reported that our system was not working nor had it passed inspections. I reported this to Mosaic. Our first inspection was the beginning of October and it failed. After many calls, they came back out and "fixed" the issues to only fail inspection again on 10/27 for circuits being over fused and then on 12/8 for the kitchen small appliance circuits not being 20 amps. In the process I filed complaints through Mosaic only to get responses back saying that the company is addressing the issue and to contact them directly. At this point, I have not heard back from anyone and here we are paying for a solar system that is not working. I filed another complaint with Mosaic yesterday and included an article where Solar Titan is under investigation.
