      Westview Apartments want you to put down a deposit on a unit you cannot physically see until the unit is ready for rent, so if you don't like the apartment once it's ready for rent you forfeit your $910. they can show you your unit via video but not the unit in-person. Sounds like a scam.

      I have paid this apartment @ ************** monthly. My lease expired March 2022 and paid monthly. My rent went from $920 in July 2022 to a total of $1300 in August of 2022. I was unable to afford the rent, so I moved out August 29 and handed ************** the keys. They are charging me a total of almost $3k, took my full deposit. This included taking my deposit and charging me that again, plus charging me for September rent(which I was not there). I did no damage to this property and cleaned the entire apartment. They are basically robbing me and trying to ruin my credit, while i was a good tenant. How does this apartment get away with this? We pay their salary and they treat us like we forever owe them. Whatever happened to customer service?
