    I went for a routine mamogram in summer 2022. I was billed and told that there was no insurance found for me. I paid the bill so as to not incur and penalties, but later did some research with my insurance. They shared that I should never have been billed as I was covered and mamograms are %100 covered. Two years later I am still fighting with billing to get my money back for services they claim I have not given them ample information for. This place doesn't even have a way of having only one person to deal with your case. Every time I call I am sent to a new supervisor ( I won't deal with the frontline anymore), where I then have to repeat my issue from the start. Every document I have they have, I'm routinely told to call my insurance, and continue to the circle of chaos, when it is Naperville Radiology that won't issue a refund that they owe. This isn't customer service, it's a slow and painful torture. If I could give no stars I would.

    I had services provided by Naperville Radiologists in October 2022. I was billed in November 2022. I paid the outstanding bill in November 2022. The check was cashed in December 2022. In January 2023 I received a threatening message from Naperville Radiologists that they are going to send my account to collections. As I was out of town when I received the threatening message, I immediately paid the amount they stated electronically. Upon my return home, I investigated the alleged bill and found that I had paid that bill almost two months prior. I contacted Naperville Radiologists ************* and was told that they will look into my concern and that I would hear within two weeks. After "many" weeks have passed, I documented my concern in email and communicated my next steps regarding reporting them to the proper authorities (******** AG and BBB). Finally, I received some action and received my refund.In my opinion, Naperville Radiologist will try to get away with anything they possibly can. If I wouldn't have fought for my money, they wouldn't voluntarily return it. The BBB was no help whatsoever. I believe that they protect companies like Naperville Radiologists.Due to Naperville Radiologists behavior, I've changed Doctors to ensure that they do not receive one more ***** from me ever. It's unfortunate that the Doctors lose patients but there must be accountability for the businesses that they partner with.
