My mom, myself and my 2 children, ages 4,7 attended the ***************************** in ************ on November 11,2023. My kids were sitting in front of the *** booth, on the ground, eating their food, and a gentleman came over and politely asked my kids to move off the banner, which was totally fine, we moved. I was looking around, as I do in a public place these days with my kids, and a lady that had white long hair came up to me and said so very rudely, stop looking at him like that. I was stunned and confused, so I replied Im not doing anything?! She said youre giving him dirty looks, we are trying to get customers in here and its hard if the banner is messed up. I said okay but we arent doing anything, and there was a lot of people sitting in front of the banner. She kept talking and I put my hand up and got a little loud and said stop talking to me, my kids are right here. She told me I could then leave, and I told her we would not and we were not even in her booth. She told me to go eat elsewhere, she kept going, and I finally, blocked my kids ears and told her to shut the f*** up, to which she came out of her booth and stepped on the back of my kids pants which was an accident, but my momma bear came out, and she was waving her hand in my face, and very unprofessional. I reported the booth to the vendor office.

On Saturday, April 1st, 2023 I attended the *********** *********** event and we did wine tastings from PRP Wine International. The rep was selling in Home Wine Tastings and we purchased the two for one for about $70. I have been trying to reach PRP for about 3 weeks via website, email and phone and no one has returned my call. At this point I would like my money back or at least warn people not to purchase anything from them because this seems like a scam. I will also reach out to the organizers of the event to let them know so that they make sure they do not allow for businesses to scam the people who pay to get into these events.

We had some trouble on our end reaching out to the client about scheduling the wine tasting. We were able to get in contact and we scheduled their wine tasting. This has been resolved.
