    I bought an Airstream Classic 33' FB trailer in May 2023 which is supposed to be covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. I just recently completed my first long-haul trip and the ** had a projection screen which was not installed correctly and fell and broke, and a shower door which also was not installed correctly and fell and damaged the bathroom window screen and blind. I have contacted Campers Inn ** on 3 separate occasions, and nobody has returned my calls to affect warranty repairs on the **. The sales people gush about the quality of the airstream product, but the dealer does not stand behind the warranty. This ** was not a small purchase, as it cost well over $200K.

    We purchased a new 2023 Airstream Globetrotter from Campers Inn in Naperville (also known as ********************). Upon delivery of the coach, I immediately noticed that the floor was discolored. I notified the salesman immediately (same day of delivery). I was directed to take my concern to *************************, who then referred me to ***************************, the manager at the time. *************************** sent out a detail person and a vinyl repair to try to correct the issue and neither were able to resolve the stain. Both individuals told *************************** that the floor needed to be replaced. He then stopped answering my calls and emails. On 8/31/23, I was told there was a new manager named ****. I left him two messages and emailed him the history of the situation and he did not return my call. I sent photos and videos, made numerous calls and sent several emails and this company has not responded to my request for replacement of the floor or a credit for the cost of replace the flooring.

    Date of transaction: 3/31/23 We purchased a $109,000 trailer from Campers inn, while we were there looking at multiple trailers, we were told we had to buy THAT DAY, to get this great deal. They made it look great on paper, of course. We had a life change, we are having to move states. We contacted them to see what theyd be willing to give ** for the trailer, excepting a $10,000-$12,000 hit. No, they smacked ** with $35,000 bad how? In one whole month. We tried resolving this issue with them, but they are refusing to help ** in this situation. Its definitely a ****** learned not to get hosed by a reputable business, i will definitely be spreading the word. This trailer was advertised by the dealer as something it was not, considering all of the leaks & objects breaking within the first 30 says as well. I put $12,000 down when i bought it and now i am out $40,000+ in 30 days. What a quick way to lose that much money, never have i bought a car, a house, or anything and lost that much that quick.

    In late Oct. 2022 we brought our damaged camper to this facility for repairs. Insurance approved repairs with a few days of drop off. After three months of not getting any answers from the facility on when repairs would be completed I decided to go in person. Upon seeing the camper and talking with them I realized no parts had been ordered and no repairs started. This should have been a short repair...Moving forward another three months to our current time, I have again had to go in person to the facility to get an answer on the *** for repairs which they will not give me. I was able to confirm the body work has been done, however the mechanical work is no closer to done than it was 6 months ago. A fairly simple repair which may have taken 1-2 months given the age of our camper has taken 6 months with still no *** for repair completion. I have been dealing with the ** for the past week who seems to be putting in some effort to resolve this matter however simple steps like calling a parts supplier rather than emailing could have expedited resolution. I am now out winter storage fees paid in advance, my camper has been outside in the elements through winter and now spring storms, and we have missed spring break with our family and are now at risk of missing a trip in the summer because we cannot get any resolution from Campers Inn Naperville. I seek assistance in resolving this matter to be expedited as well as help from the BBB in investigating the concerns raised by myself regarding this facility.
