    In 2021 we had Solar Power Midwest install our solar system. Install went fairly well and all was good until in 2024 we had our Fronius inverter go off line. I did not realize we were off line until the Srec Trade contacted me to tell me. I have called Solar Power Midwest mltiple times to get assistance with reestablishing wifi connection. I have never gotten an answer, only voice mail. I have left several messages with no call back. They were happy to take my $25,500 check but now refuse to provide follow up service. I would not recommend this company since, in my experience, there is no service after the sale.

    4 years ago my wife and I hired Solar Power Midwest as they came highly recommended. Been a great experience. No more electric bills except $18. 6 months after the install some of the manufacturers clamps broke. They came right out in winter to fix. They have done a good number of family and friends in ********* area. Thumbs up from my family!

    In 2019 my son hired Solar Power Midwest after *********************** was teaching a 1 day class for high school students to get into Solar at ********************************************** in ********* and met his wife. My son and I hired Solar Power Midwest. We have been very happy. A few service calls needed over the years and They were ****** in the spot. Just hired them again for new barn I built. System already installed and producing very well.

    Solar Power Midwest has been a great company to help me go solar. As single owner, I was nervous. All that went away as soon as I met ****, the representative, who sold me. Patient, nice, professional. ****, the owner, came over and helped answer all my questions before install. ***** and ****** in the office always answered my phone call, and gave great answers. The crew was wonderful, kind, and after they left, you could only know they were there when look on the roof, the panels are there. My bills are even less than what **** promised - $5-10 a month!!! Their customer service is second to none. There was some kind of communication issue with the inverter, or something. They came our right away and fixed. Nothing but great things so say. The single best remodeling experience I have had in my life.
