    I am Dr/ **** ***** an Intern doctor at ************************** , ***** , Certifying the Following :I have paid a company called *** (American Medical Clinicals ) an international wire payment of $10800 From my business bank account in ***** under the name of " ************************ & Consulting " , in order to help me get clinical electives or Medical training in US hospitals by ****************************************************************************************** case if I could not get the **** to travel to ***, and Since I got my **** rejected in late November at the **************** , I have been trying to reach them to ask for a refund and the contact is actually very poor though i contacted them by all means through mails and phone number and over whatsapp , finally they got to me by 9th of January and stated that they will do a refund but I have to wait as they have reported to *** that my payment is included as revenue of 2024 , and that they can not refund me my money till they hear back from and office called "CFO" , in order to get tax exemption from them on this amount that they want to refund to me , and so far they did not hear back from the "CFO" office as they declared and then as a result of it they ask me to wait till unknown time to be able to get my refund back till they hear from this Office which I personally doubt that all of this story could be true , as I am suspecting fraud process especially that they answer me very rarely now like almost once each 2 weeks So I am here seeking Justice to be claimed .

    **** has already reached out to **, and we have resolved the issue. He mentioned that he has also been in contact with you. We agreed to refund the amount according to a payment plan that he has signed. In fact, we have already processed the first payment.


    Please check with him for confirmation, and let us know if you need any further information. He has signed the refund agreement plan.
