    I am a member since 2022 - in ***. I was in monthly membership till 2023 -Oct 30. A lady name "***** *****" offer us for 400$ for Annual membership, if 4 members joins in Annual based on that my friends as well signed for Annual membership and I paid 400$ on 10/30/2023, I have my receipt with the start date and end date mentioned in it. My actual end date is 10/28/2024.I went for play on 10/01/2024 the lady at front desk stopped me and said my membership is ended, and its not same for all 4 of us. I was showing my receipt she said we dont go by the receipt, their system says it ******** friends showed their receipt and finally she agreed that it is a system fault and she said we can continue till Oct-******* as per the receipt.Later evening around 8 PM she gave me a call and said she spoke with the lady who enrolled us and she didnt enroll us for 1 yr and she has added a note as its only for 11 months BUT THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO NONE OF US. AND THIS LADY OFFERED AGAIN so if i enroll again for 1 yr from now she will give me an offer for 400$ to continue.I wrote a review and email to ********************************* In email They said they will be extending it as per the receipt. and asked for names those who has issue.I believe they did some correction and i was admitted to play on 10/04/2024. I went to play on 10/07/2024. I notice board the have displayed my name along with a photo of mine displaying " DO NOT LET THEM IN WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP". I waited for all to come and then when i went and ask them for the notice.she have removed it. they clearly want to insults us. how can they use my photo and insult me if they are wrong.Receipt is something which will show the same copy of purchase made, in our receipt no notes was mentioned.

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
