    On Saturday, 12/21/2024 around 1:35 PM, I made an online reservation for Pickleball court for 12/21/2024 from 3:00PM to 5:00PM. The charge was $80.34. I was supposed to book Open Play for two hours, which is $10/Per head and it should be $20 for two people. After seeing the $80.34 receipt in my email. I called the club around 2:30PM (before the reservation time). The front desk person, told that I reserved the court instead of booking Open Play. When I mentioned that my intent was Booking Open Play and not reserve the court, the individual said that he can't issue a refund, but I can send an email to "*******************" and the management will be able to refund the amount. I send an email immediately but didn't get any response for four days. I called after four days on 12/24/2024 and a person by name *****, was very rude and said that it as per policy they can't refund for cancellation less than *********************************************************** excuses that he has look at logs and it was going to take time. He said that there is no timeframe for resolution. To date I haven't got a reply from them. Please note that the receipt doesn't have anything about the cancellation policy. The website doesn't have any cancellation policies published that I could find. I raised a dispute with my Credit card and they are following up with the business. My Credit card has given me conditional refund while the dispute is in progress.I would like your assistance in following up with my complaint about the business, especially after letting the business know that I wanted to book an Open Play and not reserve the court and I made an attempt to cancel before the reservation start time. Secondly, I couldn't find a written policy about cancellation terms on the receipt or on the website.
