    Magnitech has been our IT company since 2016. Our company explained to Magnitech on April 12, 2023 that we were going to be retiring and needed a new IT plan to gear towards a different system. We never received a response. We could never get a plan from them to adjust our network system. Then about 6 weeks ago, our company's Vice President was unable to VPN into our company's network. Magnitech has been unable to fix it even after promising to do so. We finally decided to switch IT companies so we can work again, but they are holding our company's network hostage. They will not set us up as an administrator on our own company network so that we can have the new company get us up and running. Basically, we can't do anything with having the new company transition because Magnitech won't allow it. We cannot believe that our own company network is being held against our will. We want Magnitech to be professional and work with us and the new IT company so that our company can work online correctly. This is ridiculous, completely unethical, and unprofessional.
