    To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against D2K ************************************* regarding an unresolved claim related to an incident in October of 2024. Despite submitting documentation, I have not received further communication, and the issue remains unresolved.Details:On October 31st, 2024, around 2:00 PM, I was driving at approximately 20 mph near the ********************, ****************************************************************, when a construction sign was blown in front of my vehicle, causing damage to the front left side. Upon stopping, I noticed more signs, cones, and equipment tipped over and out of place, suggesting improper setup of the work zone.Communication:I filed a complaint with the ************************************** (******), who referred me to D2K ******************************** ****** ****, Vice President of ************************************** contacted me, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that the claim would be resolved internally and promptly. I provided images of the damage, road condition, and a preliminary repair estimate from ******* Collision, located at ******************************************************Since then, I have not received any follow-up communication from Ms. **** or anyone at D2K. I followed up by email on November 11th, 2024, and have made multiple attempts to contact D2K by phone, but I have not received a response.Desired Resolution:As of January 28th, 2025, I respectfully request the following:1.D2K to accept full financial responsibility for the repair costs as outlined in the ******* Collision estimate.2.Acknowledgment of D2Ks responsibility for improper use/placement of construction signage and equipment on ****** **.3.A formal explanation for the lack of communication, delays, and failure to resolve the claim promptly.This situation has caused significant inconvenience, emotional distress, and a substantial investment of time. I trust the Better Business Bureau will assist in facilitating a prompt and fair resolution.Thank you.
