Refunds will be made based on the following criteria:
Online courses are non-refundable. Once the course is accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices etc. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
If a course has not been started and if the date is within 15 days of ordering the course, the participant will receive a refund made less an administrative fee of $25. If the course is less than $25, no refund will be offered. Cancellation must be received by email at [email protected]
