    I would not encourage any school, group, or individual do business with Bob Rogers Travel. Multiple times it was suggested by ************************* to purchase the ******** Insurance Coverage and *** Rogers specifically encourages purchasing the Cancel for ********************** Posted on their site -What if I cancel my childs individual trip?Our Individual refund policy remains the same. Refunds are not available for individual cancellations. We recommend you purchase supplemental Cancel for Any ********************* to protect your investment.) However, if you haven't purchased this benefit at the start of your trip deposit it really doesn't provide any refund, but *** Rogers doesn't share that information. Bob Rogers Travel keeps your money and the insurance company feeds off the *** Rogers referrals. *** Rogers refers you to the ******** insurance company who then tells you to take it up with *** Rogers. It is an insidious symbiotic relationship and neither company should be allowed to do business with schools. I will be reaching out to the school and encourage them to do business with a local travel agency. Regardless of our circumstances they were happy to keep our $700.00 despite my child not being eligible to attend the trip due to a schedule change.

    Do not use this company or believe anything they say about trip insurance: "cancel for any reason"They are selling you a scam and have known about it for years. They come off really polite and act like they will try to help you, but they have nothing to do with getting your money back if you try to cancel. And they know that!They also provide "sample itineraries" that later turn into real itineraries, which makes no sense.

    The trip we had planned with the school (2 groups) - 1 group did not get sufficient numbers. After working with the school contact and customer service, the company reimbursed for all payments to date within 2 days. Very impressed with the turnaround time and with the professionalism. For a trip approximately Spring Break of 2020, we had used a different company for school travel experience (was cancelled due to COVID), and did not have as good experience. Great job Bob Rogers Travel. Would recommend and will use again.
