    *******************, the lady who owns Tutoring club of Naperville around $4000.00 for my son's tutoring. We sent multiple emails on multiple occasions to keep in touch with the school regarding grades. My son's grades did not improve, and we continued to send him there. She took a $4000.00 advance from me, and we have not been reimbursed. Then she lied that we had signed a contract and she could not refund the money. She initially gave me a run around saying that she would refund the money but then she flat out refused. The supporting documents are screenshots from 2023 and the even the beginning of 2022 about how she continued to ignore our requests to keep an eye on our son's grades and tutor him more based on the grades in certain classes. As you can see, his grades continued to suffer and she didn't do anything about it. She is a scammer. If we are not going to receive a refund, please at least look into a her business as she's likely scamming a lot of others. Thank you,************************************************
