      My husband and I went to our first ultrasound appointment at 8 weeks, and it was a painful and horrible experience!We get there and go in the room, the woman doesnt say anything except that shes going to stick the probe up my V. She sticks it up there and doesnt say anything for maybe 10 min and just continues to push really hard and forcefully moves the probe around; like a little kid waiving the stick in all directions. Then she says we have to push really hard to see everything. She continues to say nothing for a while. I then asked her do you see anything and she says yah I do. She shows the screen, I could barely see in the direction Im in, and shes like its right there, we get to see it for like 3 seconds and then she turns the screen away and continues to not say anything. Then she says I am almost done. The she says shes going to take the probe out and I can get dressed.I get dressed and we come out, and sit down. The lady says oh you can go your doctor will get the photos.I had no idea what was going on. I wouldnt have been able to see the baby if I didnt ask if she saw it. And we came out with no ultrasound photos. Ive had vaginal ultrasounds and they were never as painful as this!Hours later and I am still in excruciating ******* is not safe for any woman to be serviced by this employee. I believe her name may have been ********.We call later and ask for photos and they keep saying they will just email the file to my midwife. I want the photos. One photo printed while she had the probe up my V. They also had packages listed on their counter of what their service includes - which is 10 min ultrasound viewing, chance to listen to your baby's heartbeat and 3 photos. I didn't get to hear a heartbeat or get any printed photos. I want my printed photos and to hear the heartbeat.

      Hello, thank you for the reminder, I appreciate it.  This Complaint is for Livermore CA.  I do not own that clinic.   When Patient reached out to me, I have already told her that clinic was sold in 2023 June.  I have put her in touch with New owners.   The Digi Baby in ******** has NO affiliations with Livermore CA.  Hope this clarifies...
