    Poor experience, unfortunately lacking in integrity! Their website stated "Free Ground Shipping" on all orders, but I expected there may be exceptions so I scoured the product page and all website policies, but found nothing. So I ordered a barrel of what I needed. However I was charged shipping even though it was going by truck as opposed to air. When I called the company they said they just did a website transition and there should be an exception listed, but acknowledged there was no form of exception listed on the website when I ordered. I was told they would not honor the free shipping that the website had promised so I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was pretty short with me and simply said they wouldn't honor what had been promised, and furthermore I should have known better, that freight shipping is not considered "Ground" shipping. After I made my case repeatedly, they refunded $120 of the $300 I was wrongly charged for shipping. Meaning I was still forced to pay $180 more than the website had promised.I also work in online retail, so I have a strong opinion that integrity is very important to build trust with customers. If we make a mistake on what our website offers, then we stand behind our mistake and honor the offer we made. BVV DOES NOT OPERATE WITH THIS KIND OF INTEGRITY, SO BEWARE IN WORKING WITH THEM!!

    The equipment I bought from them works well so far. What I wasnt so happy about was the fact that my shipment was 34$ and showed up two weeks late. After asking for a refund on shipping, they gave me a gift card for 12$ .

    Hey *******,I am glad that you are happy with the equipment you purchased from us. I do apologize that the shipment took as long as it did to reach you. *** Ground is not a guaranteed service. This means that if *** misses its estimated timeline for delivery they will not refund the shipping. Once a package leaves our warehouse, BVV is no longer in control of the time frame in which the package travels. Since you are enjoying the product you purchased from us, I hope you return for any future extraction related item needs.
