I had purchased online their basic service $10/month over the weekend and paid full annual amount of $131.16. The purchased service has 30 days trial risk free guarantee. In addition, I scheduled a call on Monday, two days after online purchase, to set up the service. I learned during the set up call that the purchased service does not meet my needs and was told by the representative that an email to support team was necessary for refund request. Despite multiple emails and a call to their customer service number, I am still waiting for my refund.

*** company charged me $62.34 without my permission. I paid them already $16.15 on a new account and so they should have deducted this amount from the balance. Instead, without my authorization they charged my card for $62.34. So a double payment.I requested a refund and then to discuss exactly whats owed. They refused. Even their own systems shows they overcharged me. I asked them to cancel my account immediately and now I'm reporting this unauthorized manually charging of my card on file.
