      State Farm, Mr.**** *********************** ******************* was not helpful with my full coverage replacement home owners insurance on my home and garage.The motto of State Farm, "like a good neighbor, State Farm is there"State Farm was not there nor was **** Brandenmeyer. He does not answer phone calls, return messages and will not talk in person to senior customers.Two major storms EF1 tornado and storm with major wind and hail damage caused major damage to my home and garage. 3 big trees were down in yard.Full coverage replacement insurance that I have paid 16 years on policy has not helped any to replace my leaking roof damage from EF1 tornado and another major storm that hit ********* and ***************, *********State Farm has paid nothing; and gave a senior no help during these 2 storms in which my roof was damaged with hail and major winds! State Farm has not responded to BBB complaint ID ******** October 29, 2024

      We take accusations like this very seriously at our office and have reviewed them thoroughly. We dispute any accusation that we do not return calls or speak to senior customers as that is simply not true. The ******************** *********** in *********, ** does not make claim decisions or have any input on what decisions are made from claims. We appreciate any complaint from any customer but would disagree wholeheartedly with the accusations made in this complaint.
