    On Saturday June 26 2021 my 2014 Acura MDX was being detail at Detail Xperts New Lennox, ******** location. I was told by the detailer that my car would be ready approx at 2:00pm. I left the New Lennox location and came back at approx at 1:50. I observed my car on the outside of the location with the hatch door open. It was raining really hard , I then saw the detailer run outside and slam the hatch down with boths hand. After the rain subsided I went inside and spoke with the detailer and ask him why he would leave the hatch open while it was raining. I then check the hatch door it was no longer working properly. The button on the hatch, the door fob, and drive button would not work. The detailer apologized and signing the receipt indicated he broke the hatch. He gave my the number to his manager ******* I was in correspondence with ******* after the incident. Once I was home my car rugs were dripping wet from the rain. The detailer was negligent when he left my hatch door open while raining , and when he went out and slammed the door down without using the button. ******* indicated that I would need to get three estimates. I went to three car repair shops each one indicated they would not be able to reair the door , and told me to go to the dealership to get it fixed. I email ****** the estimates from the Acura dealership with the cost if the part along with labor. The dealership informed my the part was on backorder and they would call me when the part arrived. I spoke back with ******* and told her the parts were on back order and I was waiting on the arrival soon. I left several messages on the voice mail **************). I have not received a response to resolve this issue.
