I was very pleased with the service I received from ****. He was very professional, and I could tell he was very knowledgeable about dryers and safety. **** also took the time to educate me on the workings of my dryer. **** also did a full inspection and fixed an issue I had with an outdoor vent cover. I will use Dryer Vent Medic in the future. I also will be 100% comfortable recommending this company to others.

**** is very polite and professional. He called because he was delayed by 20 minutes. He took pictures before and after. He checked the air flow to make sure it met or exceeded the manufacturer's recommended flow for efficiency. He cleaned everything up. He used the appropriate materials for code.
