    I found Budski Construction on a Home Improvement site. It was listed under the ********** address in **. I hired the company to complete an enclosed porch before the pandemic. The owner (*****************************) completed it himself soon thereafter. Because he did a good job on my enclosed porch, I hired him a 2nd time to install my custom bay window on the south side of my house. He agreed and I sent him 3 installments totaling $4500. Mr. ******************** procrastinated for a while then initiated the work. Very soon after he disappeared. I was able to contact him once and he claimed to have been indisposed. I subsequently saw him in a local store in good health. I contacted him incessantly to complete my work, but he became very evasive and elusive. I checked his company ratings on several sites which yielded negative results. It will be 1 year on September 26th and the work has been totally abandoned. My husband and I are senior citizens and we need assistance with this matter. There is an open gap in our structure and wind and cold air seeps through continuously. My husband is not ambulatory at this time and is eating through a G-Tube. His patient care bed sits right behind the aforementioned area where the window work was abandoned.*My husband, ***********************, is a ******* Veteran.
