1 starCompany is not taking responsibility I have proof when that they was still managing me when this violation accrued. They never turned over spare key to the property which also costed me a lot of money and duress. They failed me in many ways, before and after I served 60 day notice.Review fromTammie M

Things were fairly ok until I gave them 60 day notice to terminate my contract with them. They left things undone and did not notify me. This has costed me. When I left a negative review about my experience they threatened me to remove or I would face legal ramifications. I emailed them Sept 20 about a new violation I was issued asking why they had not taking care of it and so far no response apologies or offer of compensation

This notice is invalid. The violation falls on the owner for not completing the cities requirement timely. We did not manage the property when the violation was issued.
