Date of the transaction - 8/25/2024 Amount paid - $481.40 - for 2 vehicles. Seeking refund of half of it - $240.70 - for 1 vehicle. Please note - I dont dispute that my dad parked unauthorized - thats on him. However, I was doing a Target run and Business claims - my vehicle was parked at Target parking lot while I was at the *********** across the street. Which is not true! I went to Target to buy the last 2 items from my childs back to school list. What happened was - my dad went to the flea market, however once there - he realized that he didnt have enough cash on him. He called and let me know. Told him we were going to Target anyway, so to wait there and we will bring him cash shortly. I went to a ***** ATM up the street, got cash and parked at Target to walk over and bring him the cash. Literally, walked back to Target 5 minutes later and went in to buy the 2 items we needed. Came outside - both vehicles were gone! We parked next to each other - so, it was easy to notice. The Target customer service clerk gave me a piece of paper with the number and told me to call the number. The lady who answered the call was extremely rude, claimed she was the manager when I asked to speak to her manager. I wanted to explain the situation she did not care to listen - great customer service ********, Channel, ******* or whatever her name was - she couldnt even pronounce it clear enough! Went to pickup both vehicles from the tow yard on *****************, saw the lady there - asked her for her name - she refused to give it to me?!?! First time I hear an employee refusing to give out their name - I simply wanted to make sure thats the same person I talked to earlier - anyway she refused. Asked for the manager - she said to step outside and call the number??!? Its 90 degrees out, I have 6-year old, not doing that. Absolute lack of empathy, customer service and humanity. Waiting for owner of business to contact me back and resolve this ASAP and for my refund, of course!

I needed my car towed to a repair shop 6 min down the road at 12:45pm-ish because no one would be in the shop until 1 which both the company and my insurance agreed to. The woman we talked to was very rude and unprofessional. She kept talking over me and when I finally was able to talk she hung up on me. I got a text saying the driver was 10 min away then 2 min later he arrived which was at 11:40pm. He took my car around 11:50pm-12pm, then disappeared until he dropped it off at the repair shop at 1pm, no idea where he went and why no one from the company will tell me. When I walked outside the driver had my hood open (which idk how he got it open because I had the keys and the doors were locked and the leaver to open it is inside) but then closed it when I walked by which is extremely sketching. He also hit a car in the repairs lot while trying to ********* off.

On 11/22/22 at 1:05 pm, my. vehicle was towed from my place of residence. When I asked the office manager about it the following day, she stated that "No one from the property ordered the tow". I have resided here at this CHA housing apt since April of 2021. however, I didn't own a car at the time I moved in. I purchased the vehicle in July of this year in ****, and returned home in it the first week of November. I was informed that in order to park in the lot of my building. I must register my car with the office by providing license, registration, and proof of insurance before a parking sticker could be issued to me, in which I did comply. I was issued a sticker, and accidently placed it on " the upper corner of drivers side of windshield", instead of lower right side of passenger side. A resident pointed out to me my error, at which point I attempted to remove it and place it on the passenger side, but due to the cold weather, I was unable to peel it off, without tearing it to pieces! I personally feel that the decision to tow my vehicle was TOTALLY not only WRONG.. but predatory as well. The management here was WELL AWARE that the vehicle belonged to me, and even though the sticker was (according to the Capitol /Contact towing company ****************************** "improperly displayed")? It was STILL visible. When I went to retrieve my car, I asked them to show me documentation of that violation. The clerk stated that I would have to follow up with her supervisor the following morning, to dispute for a full refund, I called the following morning, and spoke to supervisor who assured me that someone from the company would contact me to set up a hearing, NO ONE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I tried to contact them a THIRD time, and was placed on hold for over 20minutes. I am a 66 yr. old disabled senior,, on a fixed income, and had just been released from the hospital the day before my car was taken, i was charged $188.00 for the tow, and $25.00 for the taxi to the tow yard,
