      I signed a contract with Milestone Custom Cabinetry on August 18, 2022, to have my bathroom renovated. Total cost of the renovation was $15,000 and work was guaranteed to be completed in 3 weeks. The job in total took over 6 months to complete due to internal issues with the company, and the end result is a shower that has no shower pan and a leak that trickles into my basement. The signed contract states that work comes with a 5 year warranty for any necessary repairs, but the owner has refused to communicate with me to help resolve the issue. I attained legal counsel with O'Flarehty Law to help with resolution but had similar issues with the owner not coming to court and causing delays, resulting in huge legal fees. The company has poor communication and the owner lacks moral integrity.
