    Horrible horrible service. Ordered in november well within time to receive for christmas and was emailed two weeks later stating it would be late. Waited until february and did not receive an update so i contcted the company. Was told it was on the way and was dismissed. Waited another month and contcted support again, just to be told it was lost in shipping. I was never provided a tracking number so i know the product did not ship. They told me in may that they would recreate my order. It is now july and i have not receeived any update. This company will inly make you run in circles instead of providing good service.

    ******** customer service. Ordered two products, one was the wrong product in the right box. The other had one of the parts damaged in production and they won't send a replacement. Keeps sending the same automated response to my complaints. Will never recommend again. Don't bother with this company. pretend to be a down to earth company and don't care about product quality or customer care.

    I wish I would have checked Frost Buddy rating with the BBB before ordering. I have sent two messages asking about my package/order. I ordered (1) XL universal from them and got express 2-day shipping for my order. Im now at (7) days with no response other than your order is running late. I have checked with the app shop and my order is still preparing for shipment on day (7). Im in complete shock I paid nearly $50 after a 30% discount and a final 10% discount that dropped on midnight. There are plenty of ads running for people to buy these items but their shipping time, customer service, and crisis management organization should be heavily invested in before running another ad campaign. Beyond disappointed and will be looking for a refund for my express shipping.

    I was considering buy a frost buddy because of their instagram ad that I saw. I visited their website and the initial price for a regular FB was $56, and of course free shipping over $60 so I looked into more products. I go back to looking at FB "coozies" and now they're only $39, but no discount indicated. So I thought it was kind of shady and of course came to BBB to look for reviews. Not sure if it's just me but all these 5 star reviews for FB on BBB seems fake or non-human so I'm leaving my review

    I placed an order back in August 2023, my card was immediately charged before the order was shipped. I have contacted customer service, no response and still have not received the item I ordered.

    I have never talked so much about a product before in my life. My family friends always say I should be an ambassador for this product because i have nothing but AMAZING things to say about all products. The universal buddy is brilliant and my go to gift for anyone. I have the sports buddy in 5 colors and its a great everyday water bottle. The Togo buddy is revolutionary and life changing for my and all my coworkers who work in education and always have a watered down coffee. And the thicc buddy is next on my life the chapstick holder and multifunctional aspects make it ideal for everyone. I cannot say enough about this company and the care they take in assuring their customers are heard and helped is unmatched!

    I ordered 3 Frost Buddy coozies on Sept 15 because they have a satisfaction guarantee and also states that it shipped 1-2 business days. Here it is Sept 29th and my products still hasnt been shipped. Heck, it hasnt even been made yet!!! I get an email on Sept 16th with a tracking number stating it will be delivered on Sept 18th. I track it on the Sept 18th and it stated it was delivered. I get home, no package. So I call the customer service number xxx-xxx-xxx. Call via Mitel and the lady stated it hasnt shipped and still needed to be engraved. I think, alright cool, must of been a mistake. Then I get an email yesterday, Sept 28, with this tracking number, xxxxxxxxxxx, and again it states it was delivered. I get home, of course no package, I call the customer service number again and talked to the same lady. Of course Im not a happy customer. I admit I called ******. But I didnt yell at her or curse at her, kept my cool, but I was definitely a *****. But instead of supplying a resolution, she loses her cool and decides to just mute me and stop talking. I sent several emails as well and of course, no reply. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not a ** company like they state. Just ****** their corporate office at **************** *****. It is a field in **. And when you call the customer service number, its in ***************. I normally do research on a company before I buy it, but I was at a bar drinking beer lol. Wish me luck!!!
