    Our family is a distributor for CGW. We have been with them for 10+ years, and all was fine until they hired a new customer service manager *******************. Ever since he started working with CGW, our business has suffered, and we as people have been treated with complete disrespect. People telling my father that he is wasting his time, even ignoring him when he is picking up our order. This ended in CGW attempting to force my dad to pick up incorrect product, twice. He ordered ******* made grinding wheels, and they tried to give him Chinese made wheels, which are a cheaper price and lower quality, and even going as far as attempting to pass off the packing as the ******* wheels. The first time my dad refused to take this order, and the second time, when he went to complain, and saying that this is a practice of a flea market, resulted in his account being blocked, and ************ not taking any responsibility for his employees attempting to commit fraud. Two employees, ********************************* and *******************, witnessed this happen. This is not a practice for a supposedly reputable big company like CGW. This incident caused my 70 year old father severe emotional distress and financial loss to support our family. We never even received an official statement or notification from ************** that our account is blocked. What makes this more frustrating is that this all started happening after my father mentioned to ************** that he is Jewish. This makes the whole situation feel Anti-Semitic, which I really dislike saying, but we have a feeling it really is happening. We really cannot fathom the motive behind this behavior. If CGW wish to end the business partnership with our company, they should find a better way to do it. We also want to know why our latest check payment did not show up in the last statement. We have images from our bank that the check came through, but after a month we do not see it in the statement. We attached images for referral. Please contact us for more info.
