    Feb 12 2025 we went to kiddleton for claw machine fun. I bought 25 token, $20 on credit card and $5 cash. We werent able to get anything. The machines are set at the most difficult level therefore its impossible to catch anything. We frequent claw machines at other entertainment establishments and we are always able to get something after a few tries. I contacted the business and they told me that because the prizes are from *****, they are better and more expensive, so they make it hard to catch things. I think $1/play always justify the expensive prize, so the difficulty should be set at the highest. In my opinion the prize arent expensive as they claim, its sold $2-3 next door. After 25 times tries to get a toy, we gave up, in the meanwhile I noticed others playing at the machine arent getting anything too. I think I should be refunded, it almost feels like a scam.
