    I consigned many items with *** ******, Lot 14 auctions. For over 2 years I have been asking *** to give me an update on remaining items. During the last two years he has found some item. I met with *** on Oct 2024, and he gave me some of my items that he had found. Still, 4 remain missing. I have the paperwork that shows he took in the items but he told me he has no record of running the items at auction and cannot find them. Ive asked him to contact his insurer but he says his deductible is too high. I have asked him to either give me my missing items or pay me for their fair value. In our Oct meeting we discussed fair value. He told me he prefers voice call to email so I have done both but he has not responded to either. The total value of missing items is $633 plus he was going to provide a proof of cancelled check for the *** ****** jersey. I asked him for $506 even giving him his 20%commission. He admits he has either misplaced or sold the items with someone elses lot yet refuses to reimburse me for my loss. He wants to keep looking. He has been looking for over two years. I have been more then patient. The items are light of the world framed pic $50, ****** ****** **** 1968 mourn the loss on $31, 5 Sterling silver forks, spoons, knives and a cake knife valued at $552. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to me in obtaining my items or the $633. Thank you

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to **** filed a complaint with BBB against lot 14 auctions. Lot 14 did not respond to BBB. I then hired an attorney. *** ****** did respond to my attorney and the case has now been resolved. This case can now be closed.
