    Store number ****************************************************************************** Reference number ************ Store manager *** ****** **** Regional manager ***** ****** Ordered tires off ******. They were delivered by ***** and signed for by someone as JHACKL something like that. *** the man who sits at the desk obviously had no idea how to even find out if the tires were there. He then called his manager ***** ******. Hours I was waiting for ***** ****** to claim the ***** driver did not drop those tires off. So I contacted the original seller of the tires, ******, ***** and they opened claims that tracked my tires to this Mavis location. Where they were hand signed by a Mavis employee. Supposedly ***** ****** said the tires were not delivered and the at on camera the ***** employee signed it himself. Which after ***** investigated was not true. So I then called Mavis back and told them someone signed for them by hand being that one of their employees. *** not only told me that ***** saw on video (which is a lie) that ***** signed it himself. So he double downed on that lie. Refused to get me into contact with ***** and told me get it from corporate when i called corporate they told me to get it from ***. So instead of putting me in contact he copied my number and claimed ***** would call me back. He has yet to do so. Very unprofessional business and I hope corporate deals with their incompetence because now in order to even see the camera footage of this supposed story I have to file a police report and have them go down there. The bottom line is if the delivery sheet says those tires were there and the employee signed for them without checking it then becomes Mavis responsibility. Weeks of this everyone blaming everyone. I even had to have my father and neutral neighbor come and listen to all of the conversations. Ill be posting updates and a more detailed account of everything since I have been making sure to take notes and screen shots of my calls to verify my story.
