    I ordered two chicken fried rice.When I gotten to ********* office it was NOT fried rice but instead it was white rice with soy sauce on top.I did not get my 2 big boxes of chicken fried rice.My solution is to give me 2 free boxes of fresh chicken fried rice.

    I am rejecting this response because: There was no employee food packer at that time plus I am very honest about this situation. I am very mad, they make mistakes like everyone else once in a great ,great while. I am not making any jokes, plus I am furious that you refused to make replacements with two large boxes of vegetable fried rice. I am not robbing you, please be calm. I am a honest Chinese woman too.  Please believed me.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    You are deeply NOT trusting me and criticizing me about my dishonesty. I feel insulted slightly.  I am religious and devoted to God.

    I am very extremely busy that is why I did not contact you by phone. I tried to forget about it but I could not forget, that is why I do third party. Every wrongdoings that other restaurant did, they actually gave into my complaints by giving me fresh clean cooked food. Also, the restaurants believed I am honest, because they know Chinese women do not lie. I am NOT that type of person to lie. I do not have a receipt because I shredded to pieces. Easily done but Not definite action, I can call my credit card company for proof.  My credit card company is huge corporation that can help me. I am logically wrong about the food packer but only two people made the 2 white rice with soy sauce. Food packer did not check the boxes obviously because I was still stuck with 2 boxes of white rice. Yes it is vegetable fried rice I ordered, sorry for the confusion.

    I do NOT want to rob your business. In questionable theory, If I wanted to rob you I could do much worse than complaining. It is just a mere small estimate of $15.

    How do you get so excited over something so very minor?  I am NOT robbing you. I was once a legitmate customer.If I was in ******************** business, I would gave it away without any hesitation. Yes, I can come in next week if you choose me to come in next week, yes in person It is my honest principle of it all.  If you are quiet, willing and nice about this situation, I will definitely be your customer again. What is the use of getting mad, it is bad for your health anyway you look at it. I just want 2 boxes of fresh and clean vegetable fried rice and I will also buy extra food. For example, potsticker dumplings  and other meals as well. Well, please reconsider my requests, I don't meant to cause disrespect and chaos. Please let me know. Take care.
