      When I called to order Mrs. ******************** Apples by phone for 6 different people, I was connected to the most rude customer service person to order from. She refused to take the orders insisting I needed to give her all the names and addresses first, then said I needed to go back in order and place the various orders for the names, then give my card info. When I said the orders needed to be sent with Holiday Greetings from our company to each customer, she said go on, I gave the first one, and then without warning, music began playing because she had placed me on hold. After 5 minutes I called from another line and heard a recording saying that I had called after hours.That was after spending 45 minutes trying to place an order for over 1 thousand dollars.I went back to the website, took another 45 minutes to type in another order, only to have my card declined for ************* Alert, not by my card company, but by Mrs. ********************. I called my card company and was told the charge had gone through, but Mrs. ******************** had cancelled the order and refunded my card.Thinking back, it dawned on me that the service *** had never bothered to confirm one single name or street spelling or number, making me believe she never intended to submit my order. She was extremely **** and unpleasant from the start. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.

      Horrid apples, mushy and tasteless. Bought some at grocery store few weeks before visiting Niles store, and they were good. Took 20 mile trip to Niles, my friend bought box, I bought six, none had tart crisp apple. They tasted like a golden delicious old stale apple. Ugh...nasty
