    I purchased furniture from this business as they had a " going out of business sale" which is found to be not true and false advertising. Almost two months later I can't reach them for a definitive delivery date and when I do they do not get back to me or confirm.May 9 will be 2 months when they told me 2 to 4 weeks.I MISSED A DAYS PAY TO BE HOME FOR THIS DELIVERY.

    Upon purchasing the items, the customer was notified that the estimated time of arrival to our warehouse location would be 3-4 weeks as shown on the invoices. The consumer was delivered on Friday April 26, 2024. Attached below are two invoices: (1) the consumer agreeing to the terms and agreement of the purchase as a PDF attachment which indicates that time of arrival is subject to change based on the manufacture shipments, (2) a signed invoice (in the bottom right box), with orange highlights of the items that were delivered, indicating that the consumer received the delivery and signed off on receiving the merchandise. We have not received any calls from the consumer regarding anything afterwards.

    We went to Niles furniture in July 21st, 2022 and selected a couch to purchase. Upon selection, we chose a couch that still would have to be made. They said for that specific one 4 to 8 weeks. I made clear we didnt want to wait 6 months for anything. So thats the reason we picked that particular couch and it ******* our dimensions. Around the end of November I called them to know about the couch, but they said they needed to check something and would call me again. They never did. Dec, 29 of 2022 we called them again, and by this time requested a refund since this day we found out the couch we chose is no longer available to be made and delivered.They said this is not their police, to refund money.And I said the contract we signed is nullified because they failed to deliver in time, they didnt even contacted us and now they dont have the couch I went there and choose.We spoke to ******** in December and he said he was in charge but need to check for approval to refund and was going to call us back.He never did.Now is March 19, 2023, over 8 months waiting and they avoid all my contacts.I will go to the police to file a complaint as well. These store is hiding under a contract to save their earnings, but its a scam because they dont deliver what is on the paper we signed. Now they want us to go again there and choose another couch.I dont want to do anymore business with them. Because even when everything was fine they treat us bad.They are terrible at this and I dont understand with so many complaints on BBB, a F rating, how are they still open taking money from people and not delivering anything! I dont want to do business with people like that and I dont want anything from their stores anymore. I want my full refund because I was taken advantage, they lied and we even paid for full delivery that never happened!

    We purchased some sofas in December 21 and they where delivered in March but they where ripped, they said the would get back to me with a solution ( credit or replace them) I have called them over 20 times and they have given me the run around. Yesterday September 12 spoke to ******** ( Manager) and said he was going to resolve the situation that same day, I have called them and now they are not answering the phone and when they did they put me on hold for 45 min and never picked up the call.
