      I visited a Binnys Beverage Depot location and presented my valid law enforcement credentials, which are typically recognized by many businesses as a courtesy or verification. Unfortunately, the staff declined to acknowledge or honor them, without offering a clear explanation or directing me to a store policy.Ive been a loyal customer at this ********************** location for a long time and have always used my valid law enforcement credentials to receive the standard discount. During my most recent visit and was treated with blatant disrespect.An employee not only denied my police credentials, which have always been accepted in the past, but inspected them as if they were fake. From the moment I entered the store, I felt watched and profiled, likely because Im a person of color and was carrying a large purse. The way I was stared down and treated was uncomfortable and ***************** one, especially a public servant who supports this community, should be treated with suspicion and disregard. I walked out feeling disrespected and ************* a law enforcement officer, I found this interaction dismissive and unprofessional. I am not requesting special treatment, but rather a consistent and respectful acknowledgment of valid credentials, especially when other establishments handle this appropriately.

      My husband who is 90 yrs old was shopping at *****'s, while walking down an isle saw a person stocking wine or some beverage, pointed to the wine and then to his mouth as if to say that looks good !, Ill take some. Then continued shopping. When he got to the register, he was asked to leave his stuff in the cart and to leave the store! No explanation! He thought something was wrong and they wanted everyone to leave. When he told me what happened I called and supposedly talk to a manager to find out what happened. He said my husband made an obscene jester to an employee. I dont know why he even thought that. My husband has pointed at wine and then his mouth and the employees always smiled and pretended to pour a drink or gave him a thumbs up! My husband felt so bad that the clerk thought that of him. He was up all night and having heart palpitations!! He was a teacher for over 50 years, is an Army veteran, is loved and RESPECTED by everyone. It was just wrong how they made him feel. I reported it to Corporate but I know they have a D- rating with BBB. So I just needed to report this. Thank you for your time.

      The details provided here are not reflective of what is clearly observed on our video surveillance systems, as well as what was reported by our staff member. The individual involved did not verbally communicate with our associate in any manner. The individual is on video intimating an inappropriate, sexual gesture to our staff member.

      Based off that detail, the individual was asked to leave the store.

      I came into the store on 11/15/2024 to buy two bottles of wine. The bottle of ********************* 21 750ml was recommended due to it being on sale for $130.00 by the sales person. There was a sign on the bottle also stating this sale. At the register it rings up for $265.00. The sales people verify the store marked the bottles incorrect. ******* ****** customer service manager states they will NOT honor the marked sales price as it is a "mistake" and that her district manager **** ****** stated they can only offer me 15% off. I declined the 15% off and stated that is not lawful in the state of ******** and they must honor they marked price. She/they refused, I purchased one bottle and not the Cade, informed her I would make a formal complaint, she stated she did not care.

      The location of *****'s has unfair practices when shipments of Buffalo Trace Bourbon comes in. The managers hold back bottles for their friends, resellers, and even have people come to buy it for them and give it to them after hours. When you call to ask about deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays, they will lie about when the truck is there, or when the bottles will be available. Simply put, they are cheating out great customers, especially ones that work during the day and cannot get to a Binny's by the time they off work. This is a problem I will continue to let the states attorneys office and Buffalo Trace know about. Regular people, who want to drink their products and not sell them for money, cannot get access to the products. You have to know a manger or be friends with someone at ************************ if you ever want a chance at getting the best bottles. This is unfair to all customers and I will continue to talk about this until this practice stops.

      This company put a hold on my bank account for $100. I live in ******* and I have never been to this establishment and Ive never ordered online. Ive never even heard of this place until my bank gave me the address. Someone is committing fraud and this charge is being disputed by my bank.

      I was gifted a bottle of gin which I drink regularly. This particular batch I feel was bad as the Gin tasted awful. I will be honest I did not have a receipt but I went to the Binnys in ********** and the manager was very rude and would not offer any compensation. I am a loyal customer of ********************** and i am seeking a store credit. I know Binnys will exchange a bottle of bad wine and I expect the same with the gin!! I feel the manager was discriminating me. Please offer me a store credit

      *****'s will only make exchanges or returns on items with either a receipt provided, or by our ability to locate a corresponding purchase in our store(s). If an individual is unable to provide a receipt or if we are unable to locate an original purchase, made within 30 days, *****'s will not offer any returns or exchanges. With regards to defective products, we again will take back returns and exchanges for defective products as long as we can verify the original purchase came from our stores.

      Does the individual know where the product was purchased at? Was it a Binny's location or elsewhere? Do you have the persons name and phone details so we can attempt to find a purchase?

      I ordered a curbside order at my local Binnys . They took the money off my card when I went to go pick it up he told me I didnt pay. I explained to him that I did pay and he said it should have just been a temporary hold of .10 when in fact it wasnt it was the full amount . I then was told that my order was canceled and the charge will fall off after they realized it was the full price . I asked for a receipt or proof that my order was canceled since I was charged . He then stated he couldnt provide me with proof . Well here I am days later my bank saying they didnt receive any cancellation & the charge is still ********* have yet to receive my product I paid for . I have an order number a text verification. As well as my bank statement I was then treated like c*** at the store after spending my money . I walked away with 0 and my money spent
